Rewarding journalists for excellence in the coverage of Muslim Americans by an individual or team of journalists based in the United States. The Goldziher Prize encourages work that complicates the narrative, depicting true-to-life stories of Muslim Americans. NEW! In 2023, the Goldziher Prize judges and advisors nominated and will award journalists working anywhere in the world. The winners will be journalists who shine a light on the struggles, diversity, and richness of Muslim communities outside of the U.S., or in relationship with communities, in the U.S.
